This stunning piece of land is located on the east, southeast side of the Pemaquid Peninsula in New Harbor. The peninsula is made up of the towns of Pemaquid, New Harbor, Bristol and Round Pond. The tip of the peninsula features Pemaquid Light, which marks the entrance to Muscungus Bay and John’s Bay. The area also offers Christmas Cove, the beaches of Pemaquid State Park, golf at Wawenock Golf Club, dozens of restaurants, art galleries, conservation land and some of the finest sailing grounds on the eastern seaboard. New Harbor has been a working Maine harbor for hundreds of years and it maintains that tradition today.
