The Issaquah Timberlands represent a 9,381±-acre ownership within the legendary Kapowsin Tree Farm. Located primarily in Pierce County, Washington (with a small portion in Grays Harbor County), Issaquah benefits from access to some of the finest growing sites, markets, and property infrastructures anywhere on the west-coast. With an estimated 9 MBF per acre, Issaquah has the ability to provide meaningful cash-flow from inception. The true value of the property, however, lays in the 53% of operable acres which fall within the 16-34-year-old age-class. These stands present the opportunity for significant value increase through in-growth over the very near term.
Issaquah Timberlands along with its sister ownership, Saratoga Timberlands in East Texas, are being offered concurrently in a single-stage bid format. Bids will be due in late August. Bidders are invited to submit offers on either parcel individually or on both properties combined. A confidential information memorandum, updated inventory report, GIS shapefiles, bidder instructions and other important diligence items will be made available through a virtual data room.
